Delivery Lead

About the role

Do you want to combine project leadership, team support, and customer focus in a role where your impact truly matters?

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Web & Integrations business area — a key role for someone who is passionate about driving progress, empowering people, and delivering successful projects together with our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and resolving support cases with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction

​

  • Participating in or leading implementation and development projects

​

  • Supporting customers with issues related to financial processes, especially within municipal administration

​

  • Working with integrations between Business Central and other systems

​

  • Gradually taking on customer ownership and developing long-term customer relationships

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has a background in accounting/bookkeeping and a solid understanding of financial flows

​

  • Enjoys an advisory role with close customer collaboration

​

  • Is solution-oriented, driven, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

​

  • Is confident in using Swedish and English in your daily work, Finnish is considered an advantage

Desirable experience

We particularly value if you have: 
 

  • Experience working with or within the public sector, such as municipal accounting or public-sector projects

​

  • Knowledge of regulations in public finance 

​

  • Background in project management, customer responsibility, or integration solutions

​

  • At least a few years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or earlier NAV versions)

​

  • Strong systems understanding and curiosity for new technologies

​

  • Participated in digital system implementations or process digitalisation projects

​

  • Conducted training or workshops in system usage
