About the role

As a Microsoft D365 Business Central consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers optimize their systems and processes. The role offers both breadth and flexibility, allowing you to shape your focus by choosing tasks that align with your interests. We believe that people perform at their best when they work on what they are most passionate about. Here are some of the areas you'll be working on:

Managing and resolving support cases, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Lead new development projects to implement or customize the system based on the customer's business needs.
Eventually take on the role of account manager and build long-term relationships.

Work on integrations and ensure that the customer's system works seamlessly with other applications.

We are looking for people who

Have a background in accounting/bookkeeping and an understanding of financial flows.

Have at least a couple of years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or older versions of NAV).

Have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Enjoy problem solving and taking initiative to deliver high quality solutions.

Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, knowledge of Finnish is an advantage.

Preferred experience

Experience in project management and working with customer responsibility.

Knowledge of integrations between Business Central and other systems.

Experience in training or workshops for customers in system usage.

Have worked with business development and digitalization.
