Business System Consultant – Business Central | Consilia Solutions

About the Position
As a business system consultant with us, you’ll serve as the bridge between the customer and the system. You combine your expertise in accounting and finance with Dynamics 365 Business Central to help customers streamline their processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Support customers with issues related to business and financial processes
• Participate in or lead implementation and development projects
• Manage support cases with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Work with integrations between Business Central and other systems
• Gradually take on and develop long-term client relationships
We are looking for someone who
• Has a background in accounting and a solid understanding of business processes and financial flows
• Thrives in an advisory role with close client contact
• Is solution-oriented, driven, and works equally well independently and in a team
We place great value on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Swedish and English, communicates well, takes responsibility and enjoys collaborating with others to build strong, trusting relationships.
Desirable experience
We particularly value if you have experience of:
• Work within or with the public sector, such as municipal accounting
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
• Project management, account management, or other customer-oriented roles
• Experience from implementations and digitization of processes
