Product Specialist – Corporate Banking

About the role

Do you want to help shape the future of banking solutions? As a Product Specialist in Corporate Banking, you will play a key role in a dedicated team that develops smart, secure and user-friendly solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Bank Pro is a bank integration used by companies to automate and streamline their payment processes directly in Business Central. We sell and deliver the solution in close collaboration with Business Central partners, who are our resellers and primary channel to the market.

​

This role is ideal for you who want to combine commercial thinking with technical understanding and thrive at the intersection of sales, customer relations and product development.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with sales and contract negotiations

​

  • Lead onboarding and training for new partners

​

  • Handle support cases

​

  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials

​

  • Participate in requirements gathering, testing and quality control for product development

​

  •  Take part in customer projects

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has experience from the banking or financial sector

​

  • Is structured, analytical and detail-oriented, yet also social and communicative​

​

  • Enjoys working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners

​

  • Is confident in using Swedish and English in your daily work, Finnish is considered an advantage

Desirable experience:

  • Knowledge of payments, banking services or Open Banking

​​

  • Experience with international payment solutions

​​

  • Background in project management or customer account management

​​

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

​

  • Strong general system understanding and curiosity to learn new technology

​

  • Experience in conducting training or workshops in system usage
